Jakarta (Benchmark News) – Construction and Investment Corporation State-owned PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., plan on investing in clean water treatment business with investment value of Rp 4 trillion.
Adhi Karya Budi President Soeharto said the company can work together with other parties in the investment plan it is. However, issuers coded shares that haven’t gotten ADHI mitra.

In addition to clearing the water investment, Adhi Karya also plans investments in toll road projects. One of the segments of the company are hounded by Internode Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan (Cisumdawu) in West Java.
Previously, Adhi Karya has invested in a number of investment projects in the sectors of energy, toll roads and property. In toll road projects, Adhi Karya along a number of other companies to form PT Jasamarga Toll of Bali where the company has only 1% of the shares.
In addition, Adhi Karya also has participation in Indonesia with PT Lamong Energy share of 49%. Companies that manage the business of the construction, operation, maintenance, development, provision of utilities and gas engine power plant.
The company also did the remittance of capital to companies that formed along with other STATE-OWNED COMPANIES namely PT Timah (Persero) Tbk, and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., in December 2015 but later withdrawn on April 2016.
In 2017, Adhi Karya vied for a new contract worth Rp44 trillion, or increased by 144% in comparison with the estimated realisation Rp18 trillion in 2016. The new contract would come from LRT project Rp23 trillion and Rp21 LRT project trillion.
With the target contract Rp44 trillion, the company was aiming for sales worth Rp14,5 trillion in 2017 or 27.1% increase compared to Rp11,44 trillion in 2016. From the sale of it, Adhi Karya is targeting net profit of Rp505 billion by 2017.
Until the end of 2016, Adhi Karya is targeting net profit of Rp301,9 billion or lower compared to the original estimate of Rp750 billion. The decline in net profit was in line with an estimate of the sales of Rp11,4 trillion, or lower than the initial target Rp20 trillion in 2016…(Red)
